Ingredients:
● 500 grams, frozen U.S. wedges
● 1 cup shredded carrots
● 2 green onions, thinly sliced
● 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
● 2 tablespoons sesame soy sauce
● 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)


Preparation:

  1. Pop the frozen potato wedges in the air fryer and cook according to package instructions
    or until crispy.
  2. While the wedges cook, prepare the toppings: edamame, shred carrots, and thinly slice
    the green onions. You may also toast your sesame seeds.
  3. Once the fries are cooked, arrange on a serving platter.
  4. Top with edamame, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  5. Drizzle with sesame soy sauce and sriracha (optional) to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
